I bought a DVD player from your shop last week. The first time I used it, it started well But then the pictures suddenly disappeared, and the machine began to make a strange noise.
I took the player back to the shop and asked for a refund. The shop assistant told me he could only repair the DVD player.
The DVD player you sold me was clearly faulty. I now demand you give me a full refund for the player.
