1 高空抛掷保安线造成220kV母线失压 2015年3月17日，某750kV变电站2号主变压器、220kV Ⅲ段母线停电检修，1号主变压器运行，220kV Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ段母线运行，Ⅳ段母线带220kV凤阳双线和凤嘉双线运行。 18时20分，某送变电施工人员在检查220kV Ⅰ、Ⅲ段母线分段间隔靠Ⅲ段母线侧绝缘子连接螺栓及销子时，高空作业车停放在Ⅰ、Ⅲ段母线分段母线间隔，施工人员柴××向高空作业车车斗抛掷个人保安线，现场监护人员发现后立即制止，柴××不听监护人员制止，再次向高空作业车车斗抛掷个人保安线，在抛掷过程中因安全距离不够，引起Ⅳ段母线下方的凤阳一线23833刀闸动触头对分段间隔22533刀闸至Ⅲ段母线的连接线放电，Ⅳ段母线差动保护动作，跳开220kV凤阳一、二线、凤嘉一、二线，220kV昭阳变电站、嘉润变电站、嘉润电厂3个厂站全停。试分析该起事故中的违章行为。
